Mora Event Equipment Reservation Form

A mobile stage, chairs, tables with tablecloths, canopies and safety stanchions are available for community events thanks to the 2024 Creative Industries Grant.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING

All reservations require a $150 refundable deposit. Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday only. Equipment is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that a $50-70 fee will be charged for each broken or damaged chair, table or canopy. Be sure to inspect and return items in clean, working conditions.

  • Outdoor portable stage with power cables and extension cords that need to be connected to an electricity source.

  • 6FT Foldable white tables with lock function. Black tablecloths. Tablecloths are to be returned cleaned and washed.

  • Metal/plastic foldable black chairs.

  • 10×10 FT canopies with 1 button push without weights.

  • Plastic stanchions with water-fillable base.

  • I accept a $50-70 replacement fee per item for any broken or damaged chairs, tables or canopies.
