Mora Event Equipment Reservation Form
A mobile stage, chairs, tables with tablecloths, canopies and safety stanchions are available for community events thanks to the 2024 Creative Industries Grant.
PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING
All reservations require a $150 refundable deposit. Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday only. Equipment is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that a $50-70 fee will be charged for each broken or damaged chair, table or canopy. Be sure to inspect and return items in clean, working conditions.

Outdoor portable stage with power cables and extension cords that need to be connected to an electricity source.

6FT Foldable white tables with lock function. Black tablecloths. Tablecloths are to be returned cleaned and washed.

Metal/plastic foldable black chairs.

10×10 FT canopies with 1 button push without weights.

Plastic stanchions with water-fillable base.
