Our Projects

As a multifaceted non-profit in Mora we’re focused on these projects:

  • Raising funds to build a Veteran’s Memorial Plaza

  • Beautification of the Luna Community Library area

  • Provide education opportunities through camp and other programming.

  • Support fire relief efforts to include food and fire wood distribution

  • Working with specialists to determine a listing of historic properties and homes in the area and how to fund their preservation.

  • Veterans Plaza

The fundraising campaign aims to raise the necessary funds to complete construction and honor those who have served our country bravely.

  • Fire Relief

Grants awarded were used towards three funds: the General Fire/Flood Fund, Water/Well Fund and Wood Processsing Fund.

  • Mora Market on MainStreet

The Mora Market on Mainstreet is a collaborative effort between Mora County and Mora Mainstreet with the support of New Mexico’s EDD-Creative Industries Department. This is a great opportunity to showcase and sell local crafts, connect with fellow artisans and learn valuable business insights through workshops and trainings.
